Restaurant

The hotel has 5 dining rooms furnished in the traditional mountain style, many of which look directly onto the lake. There is a beautiful traditional Tyrolean ‘stube’. The restaurant also has a large room for the buffet, which is always well stocked.

A fantastic buffet breakfast is on offer, with both sweet and savoury foods, including fresh fruit, wholegrain cereals, muesli, cornflakes, several kinds of bread, regional jams, fruit juices, eggs cooked to order however you like them, traditional dishes, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh butter and milk, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, an organic food section and fresh juices. There is also a buffet offering gluten-free products.

Dinner is served at the table, with 4 different menus and an appetiser and dessert buffet. The restaurant puts on a traditional meal and gala dinners every week. During summer a small midday snack is provided (during winter this is provided in the afternoon). Our menu includes light and organic meals, gluten-free products, vegetarian dishes, diet food, and a list of South Tyrolean, Italian and international wines.

Facilities for children

Children can be looked after during lunch and dinner, with a special children’s buffet including drinks (in Falky Land).  There is a small kitchen where guests can prepare their own baby food, and the kitchen staff are always on hand to prepare suitable meals for children.

Winter: Minibus shuttle service from the hotel to the ski-lift departure points. Public ski bus leaving from outside the hotel. Heated ski rest, in-hotel ski rental and ski lessons.
