In the mountain style, the hotel restaurant is divided into three rooms, including the panoramic ‘stube’ furnished with Tyrolean wood. It includes a buffet area for morning and evening meals.
A generous buffet breakfast is on offer, with both sweet and savoury foods, including fresh fruit, wholegrain cereals, muesli, cornflakes, several kinds of bread, regional jams, fruit juices, eggs cooked to order however you like them, traditional dishes, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh butter and milk, yoghurt, cakes, croissants, an organic food section and fresh juices. There is also a buffet offering gluten-free products.
Dinner is served at the table, with 4 different menus and an appetiser and dessert buffet. The restaurant puts on a traditional meal and gala dinner every week. During the summer (see season dates on rate list) a small midday snack is provided (in winter this is provided in the afternoon). Our menu includes light and organic meals, gluten-free products, vegetarian dishes, diet food, and a list of South Tyrolean, Italian and international wines.
